1 x Vortex Generator Panel made of rubber (each consists of 4 vortex generators, the total number of vortex generators in the set is 96 pieces). Vortex Generators made of rubber are primarily intended for applications requiring flexibility, e.g. on a car tarpaulin. Save up to 6% on fuel in your truck, bus, camper, van, or passenger car, and significantly reduce the amount of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere. How is it possible? We'll explain it in detail. SEE AND DOWNLOAD PRESENTATIONS: What is a V-Spoiler? V-spoilers are a patented, 100% Danish product designed to optimize fuel consumption and minimize CO2 emissions by creating optimal aerodynamics around and behind the vehicle. This system consists of several or even dozens of plastic/rubber micro-spoilers, depending on the vehicle type and size. Using the product reduces air resistance, which in turn translates to reduced fuel consumption and lower CO2 emissions. The V-spoiler gets its name from its V-shaped shape, which arose from experiments with the so-called Vortex Generator, or VG for short. VGs are known from projects by Siemens, Vestas, NASA, and Formula 1, and help control wind and vacuum in the best possible way to avoid drag, which leads to costly losses. What vehicles can V-Spoilers be used on?
  • Buses and Trucks.
  • Delivery Trucks and Vans
  • Passenger cars
  • Campers and Caravans
What are the benefits of using V-Spoilers? V-Spoilers are the best solution for minimizing drag behind the vehicle. Installation is very easy thanks to 3M adhesive tape. In addition to saving fuel/CO2 and minimizing drag, using V-Spoilers also keeps the rear of the vehicle clearer longer when driving in rain, snow, or fog. This means increased safety because the taillights stay clearer longer. By installing V-Spoilers with reflective inserts, you gain increased visual safety when reversing in dark areas. Our customers report savings of 2 to 5%, or even more, depending on driving style and vehicle configuration. What are V-spoilers made of? V-spoilers are available in several different models and materials. Rubber panels are primarily intended for tarpaulin trailers and bodies with rear doors. The rubber panels are flexible, allowing them to withstand the flapping movements of the tarpaulin and the pushing of the rear doors. Plastic panels are intended for bodies with even, flat surfaces, as well as for tankers.
