The CLS 0.11 PRO door lock was developed in close collaboration with leading logistics and freight forwarding companies. The lock also comes with additional components for quick and hassle-free installation. The set includes the main door lock assembly with a weld-in stainless steel part, a Class IV hardened steel "Mul-T-Lock" padlock, door support panels, and lock protection against various climatic conditions. MAIN PART OF THE DOOR LOCK

• The body uses a special metal casting technology that allows you to extract the strongest properties from this housing.
• Rubber cover Provides resistance to climatic conditions.
• Plastic seal. Protects trailer doors from wear.
• Stainless steel detail. Designed to connect the lock and latch.
• Mounting materials. Includes Wurth stainless steel fasteners.

LEFT DOOR SUPPORT PLATE

• Support plate. Bolted to the left door using the existing door handle mounting points. This eliminates the need to drill additional holes in the door.
• Purpose, reason. Secure the left door against break-ins.
• Mounting materials. Includes Wurth stainless steel fasteners.
• Technological advantages: The zinc coating is resistant to mechanical damage. The durability of the zinc coating protects the structure from rust throughout its service life. The quality of the galvanizing is independent of atmospheric conditions.

RIGHT DOOR SUPPORT PLATE

• Support plate. Attaches to the right door using the existing door handle mounting points. This eliminates the need to drill additional holes in the door.
• Purpose, reason. Reinforce the left door support plate.
• Mounting materials. Includes Wurth stainless steel fasteners.

MUL-T-LOCK padlock

• A lock from the Mul-T-Lock C13 series. This is a security class 4 lock according to EN ISO/IEC 17067:2013 and EN12320:2012. The lock is available with a system key, flat key, or individual key.
