We offer a comprehensive, patented security system for SCHMITZ and KRONE trailers. The CLS door lock was developed in close collaboration with leading logistics and freight transport companies. The lock comes with additional components for quick and efficient installation. The set includes a basic lock with a stainless steel detail, a padlock meeting the "Multi-T-Lock" security class 5, a locking plate for the second door, and a rubber cover to protect against dirt and road salt . The CLS lock set meets the TAPA TSR certification.

BASIC PART OF THE CASTLE

• Plastic gasket
• Stainless steel part
• Mul-T-Lock C13 Mul-T-Lock
• Mounting materials: 6x ISO8677, 2x ISO7045 screws, 6x ISO7093 washers, 8x ISO10511 mounting nuts, 2x 4mm and 2x 5mm S-hooks, stainless steel fasteners and a chain for hanging the lock.

LEFT DOOR SUPPORT PLATE

• Support plate. Attaches to the left door using the existing door handle mounting points. This eliminates the need to drill additional holes in the door.
• Purpose, reason. Protect the left door from being broken into.
• Mounting materials. Includes Wurth stainless steel fasteners.
• Technological advantages: The zinc coating is resistant to mechanical damage. The durability of the zinc coating protects the structure from rust throughout its service life. The quality of the galvanizing is independent of atmospheric conditions.

RIGHT DOOR SUPPORT PLATE

• Support plate . Bolted to the right door using the existing door handle mounting points. This eliminates the need to drill additional holes in the door.
• Purpose, reason. Reinforce the left door support plate.
• Mounting materials. Includes Wurth stainless steel fasteners.

MULTIFUNCTION LOCK

• A lock from the Mul-T-Lock SBNE12 series. This lock is a Class 5 security lock according to EN ISO/IEC 17067:2013 and EN12320:2012. The lock is available in system, flat, or custom versions. – Housing: hardened steel. – Core: black-coated solid brass. – Sliding pin: hardened boron alloy steel.
• Additional Features – A safety valve protects against dust contamination. – Modified protection against drilling and unauthorized unlocking. – The lock is fully integrated with the housing, so drivers don't have to worry about loss or damage.
